We’re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individual to join our newly developed Corporate Services team providing administrative support across WCVA.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

35 hours per week

£20,136 increasing to £21,650 per annum

Base:

WCVA operates a hybrid and flexible working policy which means you can work at our office or remotely (including at home). We are a pan Wales organisation with office hubs in Aberystwyth, Cardiff and Rhyl. For this role, there will be a requirement to to work a minimum of two days per week in our Cardiff office, for the remainder of your time you can choose where you work to fit around your lifestyle. Throughout the year, there will be some specific events and work engagements at our offices and other venues that you will be involved in and may need to attend.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent organisational and time management skills. You will provide quality support across the organisation through effective planning and organisation. This could include taking minutes at meetings, assisting with events and helping different teams during their peak times.

Some of your main duties will include assisting the Corporate Services Manager with personal assistance duties, and  facilities and health and safety tasks.

You will also work closely with other teams and external partners where you’ll get to see all the different and exciting projects that we’re involved in.
