DEVELOPMENT TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Full time, 35 hours per week
£17,769 per annum
WCVA will contribute 9% of the annual salary into its approved pension scheme

About the role
The position will pro-actively work as part of a team to support the development team to deliver high quality service across Wales through efficient administration and communications support.
This will be achieved by providing:
- High quality and effective work that keeps to deadlines
- Arranging meetings on Microsoft Teams and Zoom, recording attendance data, circulating information and post meeting actions as required
- Taking and preparing minutes at meetings for circulation
- Collating responses from members, partners and/or network members to feed into reports and /or monitoring as and when required
GRANTS FUND SUPPORT OFFICER
Full time, 35 hours per week
£22,404 per annum
WCVA will contribute 9% of the annual salary into its approved pension scheme
Base: any location / remote working
About the role
This is an opportunity to work on varied grant schemes which enable community led activity in Wales and beyond. Provide a support function to WCVA’s non-European grant management function to ensure effective implementation, administration, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the funds under management.
YOUTH VOLUNTEERING SUPPORT OFFICER
Full time, 35 hours per week
£22,404 per annum

About the role
Support the volunteering team to deliver high quality communications, resources, and tools for the purpose of an improved volunteering journey for young people.
SOCIAL INVESTMENT CYMRU PROJECT OFFICER
Full time, 35 hours per week
£28,224 per annum
WCVA will contribute 9% of the annual salary into its approved pension scheme

About the role
You will be part of the Social Investment Cymru team assisting the delivery of all aspects of activity including the Social Business Growth Fund (SBGF), providing innovative financial support to social businesses in Wales. You will lead on ensuring the successful completion of approved investments through ensuring that all paperwork and pre-financial drawdown checks have been completed. In addition, you will be a vital member of the team supporting and undertaking other tasks such as assessments of applications and ongoing performance management of supported social businesses.
This will be achieved by providing:
- Accurate and timely assessments of applications for financial assistance
- Monitoring of deals that have been made by making sure all monitoring and evaluation requirements are met
- Ensuring effective decisions are made in order to ensure a quality service is provided to all internal and external customers
- Support continuous improvement and innovation
