Our AGM will take place in person in November, featuring two fantastic guest speakers plus an opportunity for our members to network over afternoon tea.
WCVA is delighted to announce our AGM will take place in person this year on Thursday 17 November 2022 from 1.45 pm at WCVA office, One Canal Parade, Dumballs Road, Cardiff, CF10 5BF.
The AGM and afternoon tea is free to attend but is exclusively for WCVA members (more information below).
WHAT TO EXPECT
AGM
Our AGM will be held between 1.45 pm and 3.15 pm and will include highlights from WCVA’s annual report and our 2021/22 year end financial report as well as featuring two fantastic guest speakers, Heddyr Gregory, Press Officer, Shelter Cymru and Momena Ali, Founder of Ethnic Youth Support Team.
The five successful candidates in our Board of Trustees election/ballot will be announced at our AGM.
Please note that while we warmly welcome multiple attendees from the same organisation, only one person may vote on resolutions on behalf of the member organisation.
Networking
Directly after the AGM, there will be an opportunity to join us for afternoon tea from 3.15 pm to 5 pm.

Both our AGM and annual lecture are member only events. Please note that if you register and you are not a member, you will not receive a joining email for the day.
Membership is free for organisations that have an annual income of £50,000 or less, and otherwise starts at just £32 a year.
