This webinar is being delivered by Getting on Board, a national charity committed to changing the face of board membership.

The aim of this webinar is to introduce best practice for recruiting board members.

Topics covered include how to carry out a board skills audit, creating a compelling advert and advertising for new board members. Throughout the webinar, participants are supported to think about how this could be achieved within their own organisations.
