Time is precious, especially when you work in the third sector. When every second spent is reported and analysed, you can often feel like the day is getting away from you. If you’ve ever waited outside a meeting watching your inbox fill up on your phone, ignored calls, wondered how you’ve not managed to tick anything off your to-do list today…maybe you need to take some time to reorganise your priorities.

This course will help you to better understand how you manage time, both personally and professionally, giving you the tools and techniques to be more effective. Topics include:

    • Your personal approach to managing time
    • Balancing planned work and unexpected demands
    • The dreaded emails!
    • Creating the right environment

About the trainer

Mandy Williams is a freelance consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach with expertise in participation and engagement, communications, leadership, organisational change, mental health awareness and life skills.

As former Head of Business Development, Consultancy and Learning and Head of Participation Cymru at WCVA from July 2009 to March 2018, as well as providing freelance consultancy, Mandy learnt how to manage her time effectively – and now she’s ready to share her wisdom.
