This webinar will equip employers with the knowledge and skills to enable them to adapt to the changing workplace and manage employees effectively in light of these changes.
The Covid-19 pandemic created the biggest disruption to the workplace in generations, as traditional working practices were overhauled overnight and thousands of workers were forced to adapt to working from home.
However, with increasing studies reflecting the positive impact of homeworking, many employers are now considering implementing ‘hybrid’ working patterns, which will enable employees to divide their working time between the office and their home permanently in the future.
Whilst working from home has many benefits, many employers will have concerns about how to manage their employees remotely. This session will focus on how employers can adapt their management approach to effectively manage employees remotely and care for their wellbeing. It will also provide an overview of key HR issues arising from the changing workplace.
By the end of the webinar participants will:
- How to care for the health and safety of employees working remotely
- How to manage stress and promote the wellbeing of employees working remotely
- How to manage employee performance remotely
- How to manage disciplinary and grievances matters remotely
Who the session is for
This session is suitable for anyone who is responsible for managing employees and is interested in learning how to adapt their management approach to employees working remotely.
