Boost your confidence and skills to facilitate engaging online training.

Content

Delivering training online requires a different approach to face-to-face sessions. This practical, interactive workshop will help you develop the confidence and techniques needed to design and deliver virtual training that keeps learners engaged and achieves positive learning outcomes.  

Drawing on recognised good practice, you’ll explore how to create interactive sessions, encourage participation and adapt your facilitation style for virtual delivery.  

Learning outcomes

Participants will be able to:   

  • Plan and design effective online training sessions 
  • Apply interactive tools and activities to enhance virtual learning to increase learner engagement
  • Adapt delivery style to create a positive learning experience  

Who the course is for? 

This course is for people who deliver training as part of their role and would like to improve their approach, skills and confidence in delivering training online.

What we ask of you:

  • Attend the full duration of the training.
  • Test your Zoom access before attending.
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early – late arrivals may not be admitted.
  • Keep your camera on and participate via microphone/chat where possible.
  • Let us know at the time of booking if you have any access requirements (e.g. BSL interpreter).
