Aims
To equip participants with tools to manage organisational change effectively.
Content
This interactive workshop will introduce participants to a model for change, an opportunity to reflect on the stages of change that people go through and their differing responses. It will also offer strategies for managing change effectively.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course you will:
- Understand what happens when change is implemented
- Reflect on people’s different responses to change and how to manage them
- Better handle change using different strategies

What we ask of you:
- Attend the full duration of the training.
- Test your Zoom access before attending.
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early – late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Keep your camera on and participate via microphone/chat where possible.
- Let us know at the time of booking if you have any access requirements (e.g. BSL interpreter).
