Content
Leadership is about creating the conditions and environment for people to feel clear, motivated and able to do their best work.
This interactive workshop introduces the principles of transformational leadership in a practical, supportive way. Through discussion, reflection and activities, you will explore how your values, behaviours, leadership style and every day conversations can help create a positive team and organisational culture.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- Lead with greater clarity, confidence and purpose
- Use vision and values to motivate others
- Build engagement, collaboration and shared ownership in your team
- Choose practical next steps for your ongoing leadership development
Who the course is for
This course is ideal for new or aspiring leaders who want to feel more confident, purposeful and effective in their role.
Course requirements – please read before booking
What we ask of you:
- Attend the full duration of the training.
- Test your Zoom access before attending.
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early – late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Keep your camera on and participate via microphone/chat where possible.
- Let us know at the time of booking if you have any access requirements (e.g. BSL interpreter).
