Volunteering Manager

Flik is the Volunteering Manager at WCVA, responsible for our volunteering work which enables organisations to deliver high quality volunteering in Wales, through access to grants, information, resources, networks, products (such as Investing in Volunteers), and digital tools (hello, Volunteering Wales platform). Flik also works with the WCVA Communications Team to ensure volunteering in Wales is celebrated and recognised, through avenues such as national Volunteers’ Week and the Welsh Charity Awards.

Flik joined WCVA and the Volunteering team in 2016, first as the Volunteering Wales Grants Manager and to support all things youth volunteering, a passion that still shines brightly in all that she does at WCVA and beyond. Flik is one of WCVA’s Wellbeing Champions and the founder of what is now known as the Third Sector Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network.

Felicitie is professionally qualified in Youth Work and has a MSc in Management in the Community Professions, she has worked in charities and the public sector in England and Wales, having kickstarted her enthusiasm for the sector as a young volunteer herself.

She is a member of the Global Network of Volunteer Leaders (GNVL), a trustee with the Welsh Centre of International Affairs (WCIA), a mentee with One Million Mentors (1MM) and proudly set up the first Future Leaders Network in Wales.
