Marketing and Communications Manager
Having graduated with a degree in Business and Management, Elen went on to work in the jewellery industry in a management role before following her love of cuisine to a position in the food industry.
As Digital Marketing Manager of a global Irish food company, Elen spent her time between South Wales and Southern Ireland managing communications, online presence and large-scale events for several divisions of the organisation. During this time, Elen also completed her Level 6 Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing with CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
Working closely with the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) department in her previous role, Elen decided that she wanted to do more for social good, and so joined WCVA as Marketing and Communications manager in September 2019. Within this role, Elen manages events and membership, marketing and communications and learning and training.
Elen is a passionate Welsh speaker and grew up in Cardiff. She spends much of her free time trying as many restaurants as possible in her home city.
