Assistant Director of People and Culture
Carys is a qualified Human Resources (HR) generalist with over 20 years’ experience working in charities, television and the public sector. She has vast experience in working for grant-giving bodies and has seen first-hand the big impact even small grants can make within communities.
To complement her HR work, in 2022 Carys qualified as an Executive Coach and has coached senior leaders from various backgrounds and sectors. She is in her element when coaching and uses coaching methods in her role as Assistant Director of People and Culture. Carys thoroughly enjoys the buzz of helping people realise their true potential and overcome challenges.
In her spare time, Carys spends a lot of time with her family, and she enjoys anything crafty – particularly sewing and creating mixed media art. She’s also learning to play the guitar (but by her own admission is unlikely to be invited to join a band anytime soon!)
