INVESTING IN THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR
In preparation for celebrating the 20th anniversary of Social Investment Cymru we’ve been evaluating the value of our support. We’re looking forward to sharing our Social Return on Investment (SRoI) report where we reveal for every £1 invested in communities in Wales, how much social value has been created (coming soon).
HOW WE’RE MARKING THE OCCASION
We’re extremely proud of the impact we’ve made through our Social Investment Cymru team. But this isn’t about us, it’s about the amazing achievements of the voluntary organisations we’ve been fortunate enough to work with in the last 20 years.
We’ve got celebrations planned across the whole of 2026, expect:
- A huge variety of inspiring stories from voluntary organisations from across Wales.
- Birthday gifts for our past & present Social Investment Cymru recipients.
- A new initiative rewarding loan recipients that commit to Cymraeg.
- Evidence of our impact, showing both the difference we’ve been able to make together with the voluntary sector and our funders and partners, and showing you what’s possible with repayable finance done right.
