WCVA is delighted to announce our AGM will take place on Thursday 20 November 2025 from 10-11.15 am.
WHERE
This year our AGM will take place online. WCVA members will receive an invite via email to register for the event.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The AGM will include:
- Information about our new membership offer, including an important vote on proposals to make major changes to the role of members in WCVA’s governance (more on that in the papers, available below)
- An announcement on a new fund for Wales
- The results of our trustee elections
- Highlights from WCVA’s annual report

A joining link will be sent to you the morning of the event. Please use this to join on Thursday 20 November 2025 at 10 am.
If you are unable to attend and would like to appoint a proxy to attend on your behalf please complete and return the proxy form by 10 am on Wednesday 19 November 2025.

WCVA BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION 2025
Thank you to everyone who nominated in this year’s election to join WCVA’s Board of Trustees. We were delighted to receive 9 nominations for the four vacant places available on the Board.
A ballot of our members will now take place and will open on 27 October 2025, closing on 7 November 2025. Members will receive their unique link to our online voting system.
The results of the ballot will be presented to our members for approval at WCVA’s AGM.
