GRANTS SUPPORT OFFICER
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibly
Location: WCVA operates a hybrid and flexible working policy which means our people can work a proportion of their time at our offices or remotely (including at home). We are a pan Wales organisation with office hubs in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and we have staff hybrid working all across Wales, including a number based in North Wales. There will be a requirement to attend some specific staff events and work engagements at our offices.
Salary: £27,101 increasing to £32,323 per annum following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
About the role: This in an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a role which helps support community activity across Wales. It’s also a chance for anyone with a supportive and common-sense approach to put their skills to good use helping WCVA carry out its purpose – to enable voluntary organisations in Wales to make a bigger difference together.

TRAINEE GRANTS SUPPORT OFFICERS
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibly
Location: WCVA operates a hybrid and flexible working policy which means our people can work a proportion of their time at our offices or remotely (including at home). We are a pan Wales organisation with office hubs in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and we have staff hybrid working all across Wales, including a number based in North Wales. Salary: £22,932 per annum with the opportunity to progress to £27,101 per annum after a successful training period. This then rises to £32,323 per annum – with progress through the salary range linked to successful completion of probation period and our performance review process.
About the role: We have two vacancies as Trainee Grants Support Officers, one is Welsh essential and the other is Welsh desirable.
Your work will help us run an exceptional grants programme, empowering voluntary organisations to make a real and lasting impact in their communities. You will support WCVA to become the leading multi-format funder in Wales, using innovation to support the voluntary sector and making good use of our funding relationships to further our impact and delivery.
