DATA INSIGHTS OFFICER

Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibly

Location: WCVA operates a hybrid and flexible working policy which means our people can work a proportion of their time at our offices or remotely (including at home). We are a pan Wales organisation with office hubs in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and we have staff hybrid working all across Wales, including a number based in North Wales. There will be a requirement to attend some specific staff events and work engagements at our offices.

Salary: £33,286 increasing to £37,464 per annum following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

About the role: The Data Insights Officer will support WCVA in improving how we collect and use data, initially focusing on the new Welsh Voluntary Sector Barometer (WVSB) – an innovative tool for capturing timely and reliable evidence about the sector in Wales. This role will also enhance how we use and interrogate data from our existing platforms, together with external sources, generating insights to support our work in influencing public policy and delivering impactful sector support.

TSSW DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibly

Location: WCVA operates a hybrid and flexible working policy which means our people can work a proportion of their time at our offices or remotely (including at home). We are a pan Wales organisation with office hubs in Aberystwyth and Cardiff, and we have staff hybrid working all across Wales, including a number based in North Wales. There will be a requirement to attend some specific staff events and work engagements at our offices.

Salary: £39,337 increasing to £44,274 per annum following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

About the role: This is a key opportunity to shape the quality, accessibility, and visibility of TSSW’s digital platforms. You will drive the co-production of content strategy, editorial processes, user engagement, system improvements, and marketing activity-ensuring our platforms are impactful, inclusive, and user-focused.
