ProMo-Cymru and WCVA are looking into what needs and skills the third sector in Wales has in relation to working digitally.

ProMo works to ensure young people and communities are informed, engaged, connected and heard. ProMo work collaboratively to make links between people and services using creativity and digital technology. Supporting the third and public sectors to imagine, test and create better services. Working with communities through communications, advocacy, cultural engagement, digital and media production. Sharing this knowledge through training and consultancy, forming long term partnerships to benefit people and organisations.
The survey aims to map digital skills across the third sector, find out what the sector thinks of digital and understand how organisations might be using digital technology to achieve their missions. We are also interested in understanding the appetite, capacity and resources the sector has to adapt to digital change.
The survey is also intended to help us understand how best third sector organisations could benefit from support with digital. We are also interested in how third sector organisations stay up to date on relevant trends.
We believe it is essential that the Welsh third sector has a voice in how digital is used or is not used for social good. The findings from the survey will be used to make sense of where the sector is now with digital development. We also want to be able to accurately inform a range of stakeholders on what support the third sector in Wales may need to ensure that the sector remains connected and representative of the communities which we serve.
The more people complete this survey, the better ProMo-Cymru and WCVA will be able to plan activities and resources in order to support our members and stakeholders to meet the digital needs of their clients and service users. Thank you in advance for participating in this survey.
