COUNSELLING SERVICE
Each person’s mental health can be affected at different times and in different ways throughout our lives. Whether there’s a specific challenge you’re facing, or you just aren’t feeling yourself right now, Platfform Wellbeing’s counsellors work with you in a safe, confidential space.
The service is provided in recognition of the emotional toll of delivering safeguarding. We hope that individuals and teams will access this professional support to build their resilience and protect their emotional health and wellbeing (where this support is not available via their own organisation).
Platfform Wellbeing can offer six sessions of counselling per person, available online, over the phone or face to face in Cardiff or Swansea.
The service is not focussed on developing an individual’s safeguarding practice but could encourage improved personal safety and protection.
